About the Role
As a Metal Stamping Technician, you will play a vital role in our high-volume production environment by managing complex press machinery to deliver precision-engineered components. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence through meticulous quality monitoring and efficient material handling, directly impacting our ability to meet rigorous production targets.
Responsibilities-
Execute high-speed metal stamping processes to ensure consistent output and machine efficiency.

Manage the loading and unloading of heavy steel coils using overhead crane systems while maintaining strict safety standards.

Validate part integrity by utilizing precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and specialized gauges.

Maintain comprehensive production records and inventory documentation to ensure traceability and workflow accuracy.

Interpret complex dimensional blueprints to verify that all components meet exact technical specifications.

Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to PPE requirements and operational protocols.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.

Proven track record of at least 1 year operating industrial stamping presses.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Active forklift certification.

Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.

Experience with preventative maintenance or troubleshooting of mechanical stamping equipment.
