JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Reviews criminal files and victim impact statements to determine amount of restitution due to the victim.
-
Investigates claims of restitution from victims for accuracy and completeness.
-
Responds to telephone calls and walk-ins with regards to restitution procedures, victim rights, and case status when Restitution Coordinator is unavailable.

Distributes department’s incoming mail, pulls files, collects and distributes files daily.

Scans all victim impact statements, recap sheets, supporting documentation and prepares payout orders.

Organizes all in-coming District Court files in order of next court date
