Steve Napleton Automotive Group is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our Countryside Mazda team as Customer Experience Specialists. Key Responsibilities
- Give our customers an outstanding experience as they shop for their new vehicle
- Develop working knowledge of new and used Mazda vehicles to help customers find the best car for them and their families
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management software to organize follow up
- Follow dealership sales processes and best practices
- Approach every customer interaction with a positive, helpful attitude
Qualifications
- No previous sales or automotive experience required; customer service experience a plus
- High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
- Strong communication skills
- Truly enjoy meeting and connecting with new people
- Maintain high level of integrity and always honest communication
- Natural curiosity and willingness to constantly listen and learn
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
