Alder & Oak is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our opening team. You will craft Prohibition-style cocktails and serve Mediterranean-inspired wines in a high-energy, upscale environment. We are looking for professionals who balance speed with a high level of hospitality.
Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine orders accurately and quickly according to our recipes.
Provide full-service dining at the bar, including taking food orders and describing Mediterranean menu items.
Maintain a deep understanding of our spirits, classic cocktails, and wine pairings.
Manage a cash drawer and process payments accurately using the POS system.
Work closely with barbacks and servers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Must be at least 21 years old.
1+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and wine service.
Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
