We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate. Whether you're new to automotive sales or have previous sales experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct a thorough needs assessment, including desired vehicle make, model, features, and options.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and performance through showroom presentations and test drives.
- Research vehicle inventory and available options using dealership systems.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers to finalize pricing, financing, leasing, trade-ins, taxes, and licensing.
- Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicle's features and technology.
- Maintain strong communication with customers before, during, and after the sale to provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications
- No automotive sales experience required – we provide paid training.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
