We are a well-established small construction company seeking an Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual who is organized, detail oriented and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment.
Job responsibilities include:
- Basic bookkeeping and data entry, maintaining customer and vendor records, email/phone correspondence, etc.
- Create and send invoices; track payments and deposits, pay bills and reconcile company accounts.
- Communicate and schedule appointments with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and employees etc.
- Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking.
- Assist in preparing customer estimates/quotes and product research.
- Provide support to Owner and all employees.
We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right person.
Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration, bookkeeping or accounting: 3 years
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping system: 1 year (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel: 4 years (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Valid WA state Driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time 32-40 hours per week.
Compensation:
$23.00 - $26.00 DOE
