AccuAir HeatingCooling is a locally owned company in Central Oregon looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who is focused, reliable, and ready to take ownership of quality installations while training and supervising other team members.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
What You'll Do
-
Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects

Install heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards

Mentor and train other installers while maintaining high quality and efficiency

Communicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and other trades

Complete all necessary paperwork, change orders, and follow-through on jobs

Ensure projects are completed on time and with pride
What You Need

Valid EPA Certification (Level 12)

Strong experience installing round and rectangular ductwork
-
Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories

Basic understanding of complex sheet metal fittings

Experience brazing and testing line sets

Ability to complete simple low voltage connections

Strong communication skills with customers and team members

Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
