Our Cherry Hill outpatient practice is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated mental health clinicians who want to be part of a collaborative team and build meaningful, long-term relationships with their clients.
We have a particularly strong need for clinicians who enjoy working with children and adolescents, and we’re looking for professionals who bring warmth, clinical curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals and families thrive.
The Opportunity
This full-time position is designed for clinicians who want to maintain a consistent caseload while having the support of an engaged clinical team.
Clinicians should be available for appointments between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM at least four days per week, as much of our client population—including children, adolescents, and teenagers—requires after-school and evening availability.
Experience or interest in working with adults and/or couples is an added advantage.
Compensation
Provisionally Licensed Clinicians
- $50–$55 per hour, based on experience
- Ongoing in-person clinical supervision twice per week
- Attendance at one weekly group supervision session is required
- Individual supervision is provided in addition to group supervision
Fully Licensed Clinicians
- Up to $65 per hour, based on experience
Benefits & Full-Time Eligibility
Clinicians maintaining a minimum of 25 client hours per week are eligible for our benefits package, including:
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Health insurance
- 401(k)
- Clinical supervision, when applicable
- Opportunities to take on additional client hours
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a New Jersey license such as LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT
- Enjoy working with children and adolescents
- Are comfortable providing services in an outpatient setting
- Value collaboration and ongoing professional development
- Want to work within a team that shares a strong commitment to thoughtful, effective clinical care
A Practice With Purpose
We believe therapy should offer clients more than a place to talk. Our goal is to help individuals and families develop the tools, insight, and support they need to create meaningful change.
If you’re looking for a practice where you can grow your caseload, strengthen your clinical skills, and work alongside a team that genuinely cares about the work we do, we’d be happy to tell you more about the opportunity.
We look forward to connecting with you.
