Do Great Things! Durham Technical Community College is hiring an Assistant Director in the Facility Services Department. The Assistant Director of Facility Services supports the Director by providing day-to-day operational oversight of facilities services across all college campuses and locations. The role focuses on coordinating and supervising preventative maintenance, repairs, minor renovations, custodial services, grounds maintenance, and building services to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The Assistant Director oversees assigned staff and vendors, monitors work orders and service levels and supports project implementation. Working closely with the Director and campus partners, the Assistant Director helps ensure efficient facilities operations in support of the college’s mission.
