About the Role
BCC General Contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in hotel construction. This is a leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining the budget, schedule, and client relationships that keep BCC's reputation strong.
What You'll Do
- Own the full project lifecycle for hotel construction projects from contract execution through final closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules in coordination with the Superintendent, keeping all trades on the critical path
- Monitor project budgets, review cost reports, and work proactively to protect margins
- Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, buyout, and compliance
- Process RFIs, ASIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications in a timely manner
- Lead owner meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication
- Coordinate with the Superintendent daily to identify and resolve field conflicts before they become schedule impacts
- Maintain complete and organized project documentation throughout the life of the project
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager
- Direct experience managing hotel or lodging ground-up construction projects is required
- Project experience in the $3M to $8M range
- Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, and project controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook); Procore experience a plus
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business is helpful but not required
- Available to travel as needed to job sites in Prosper and Lewisville, TX
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
