Shifts: Part-Time 6am-6pm and/or 6pm-10pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide resident care and personal hygiene assistance.
- Assists with meals and dining room duties.
- Assists with ongoing assessment of residents’ needs to promote independence.
- Maintains accurate records of observations and services rendered to residents, and promptly report changes in resident conditions.
