Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing

Modani Care is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically complex client in the Baconton, Georgia area.
We are building a team of nurses to provide consistent coverage and continuity of care. Nurses will share available shifts based on client needs and scheduling availability.
Required Clinical Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and hands-on experience with:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator/Trilogy management
- Suctioning
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Urinary catheter care
- Bowel programs
- Skilled nursing assessments and documentation
Client Overview
The client is a quadriplegic individual receiving skilled nursing services in the home setting. Nurses must be comfortable managing complex medical needs while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN license in good standing
- Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background screening
Travel Requirement
Applicants should reside within approximately 30 minutes of Baconton, GA 31716, or be willing to commute to the service location.
