About the Role
Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. You'll perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality workmanship.

What You'll Do
- Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Complete wiring, rewiring, panel upgrades, and other residential electrical projects.
- Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommending solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site.
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events.
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Electrician license (Virginia preferred or ability to meet state licensing requirements).
- 4+ years of residential electrical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Working Conditions
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
