-full time CSR, OR
-full time veterinary assistant/CVT, OR
- a flex position between CSR and veterinary assistant/CVT

Duties
CSR:
- Providing friendly, quality care to patients and clients
- Answering phones, emails, and clinic App communications with a prompt and professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and obtain all the necessary info concerning the client and patient, including reaching out to other vet clinics when necessary
- Follow established hospital policies and procedures
- Completing over the counter transactions
- Sending monthly statements and reminders
- General office cleaning

Veterinary Assistant/CVT:
- Provide compassionate animal handling and restraint during examinations, treatments, and procedures to ensure safety for pets and staff
- Assist veterinarians with clinical tasks such as medication administration, animal catheterization, and euthanasia
- Assisting veterinarians in surgery, including monitoring anesthesia
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with diagnostic sample collection and testing
- Filling out patient prescriptions, accurately and in a timely manner
- Client education
- General clinic cleaning

Experience:
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with equine or large animal handling is a bonus but not required.
- Strong communication skills for front desk responsibilities combined with the ability to work effectively as part of a team dedicated to animal health.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as animal restraint and handling while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
