Partners Personnel is looking for an energetic, people-focused Partnership Specialist to manage the day-to-day workforce operations at one of our client locations.
You'll be the key connection between our associates, our client, and the Partners Personnel team. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift
- Sunday–Thursday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- $20–$25/hour
2nd Shift
- 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
- $21–$26/hour
Pay is based on experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support associates at the client site.
- Onboard, coach, counsel, and engage employees.
- Build strong relationships with associates and client leadership.
- Coordinate staffing needs with our recruiting team.
- Track attendance, retention, safety, and other key performance metrics.
- Ensure payroll is accurate and submitted on time.
- Conduct safety walkthroughs and observations.
- Prepare reports and communicate results to the client.
- Help identify opportunities to improve service and grow the partnership.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing employees.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft/Windows computer skills.
- Management experience is a plus.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bilingual skills required based on the market. English and Spanish or Creole.
