What You’ll Do
- Execute 150+ outbound calls daily to warm, pre-qualified leads
- Run program information and care value conversations with Medicare patients
- Identify needs, handle objections, and guide qualified patients to enrollment
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and follow-up
- Schedule and confirm enrollment visits
- Document all activity accurately in CRM systems
- Consistently hit or exceed weekly performance targets

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in one or more of the following:
- Inside sales / outbound sales / call-based sales
- Healthcare enrollment or patient access
- Insurance or Medicare-related roles
- Comfortable making 150+ calls per day
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Detail-oriented with CRM experience
- Ability to work full-time, in-person
Role Structure & Work Environment
- Work hours are what is needed to achieve enrollment goals and reaching every interested potential patient
- Business/Calling hours are 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday. Saturdays may be opened in the future. Your shift could be 9 hours inside that calling window. Example: 8-5pm, 9-6pm, 10-7pm, 11-8pm. Do not apply if you are looking for a hard stop/start time role.
- Contractor role to start with ability to move to W2 role with benefits within 60 days based on strong performance.
