Care2You Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing care team in Eaton & Ingham Counties. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain mobility, improve strength, and maintain independence.
Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist

Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and coordination

Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Travel to patient homes within the assigned coverage area

Regulatory Requirements

Licensed or registered in the State of Michigan.

Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.

Completed health statement acknowledging ability to perform the duties of the position.

Valid state driver’s license.

Proof of current automobile insurance.

Current CPR card; On-line CPR certification accepted; Hands-on CPR certification preferred.
