Sales Manager
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead occupancy growth and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads, build relationships, and consistently close sales.
Compensation:
$63,000–$70,000 annually, plus a competitive bonus structure
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through community outreach, public relations, advertising coordination, direct mail, and other marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including new inquiries and follow-up communications.
Respond promptly to inquiries and provide guidance and support to prospective residents and families.
Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours.
Consistently follow up on leads and document all interactions.
Close sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of sales experience in the senior living industry.
Demonstrated success in generating and closing qualified leads.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
