Commercial Account Manager/Sales
This position doesn’t come up very often…
Western Landscape is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to help grow our snow and ice division by building strong client relationships, winning new business, and helping deliver a high level of service in the field.
This role works directly with the owner. For the right person, that means real opportunity, real responsibility, and a chance to help build something important alongside leadership.
We are looking for someone who can communicate with anyone, ask hard questions, stay organized, and follow through. Someone who understands how to set and manage expectations, and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in doing things right.
This is not a desk-only role. You will be involved in sales, account management, site quality, client communication, and snow operations during the winter. Plowing is part of the job.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and reach decision-makers
- Build and manage client relationships
- Create estimates and present snow and ice management
- Perform site quality checks
- Help resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
- Work closely with the owner and operations team
- Plow during snow events and stay involved in winter service delivery
