Groundskeeper / Porter
Location: North County San Diego (Oceanside, Vista and San Marcos)
Schedule: Full-time , Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm | Saturdays as needed 8:00am-12:00pm
Work Setting: Onsite / In-Person

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper / Porter to help keep our community beautiful, safe, and inviting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, people-focused company where your hard work makes a visible difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain the community’s curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking areas clean and orderly.
- Remove trash and debris daily from common areas, offices, and around the property.
- Clean shared spaces such as laundry rooms, hallways, and community facilities.
- Assist with preparing vacant units for move-in, including trash-outs and light cleaning.
- Identify and report any unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Support the Maintenance and Property Management teams with special projects and seasonal tasks.
- Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and on uneven terrain.
- Ability to go up and down stairs and use stepstools as needed.
