Position Overview
Jewell Events Catering is seeking an experienced Sales Director or Senior Sales Consultant to lead revenue growth initiatives and strengthen our presence across key markets. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with deep industry experience, a strong network, and a proven track record of closing high-value events.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Cultivate and manage high-level client relationships across corporate, nonprofit, and social sectors
- Identify and secure large-scale and high-profile event opportunities
- Mentor and support junior sales team members (Director-level candidates)
- Partner with marketing to develop targeted outreach and positioning strategies
- Oversee complex proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, or events
- Proven track record of generating significant revenue and closing large accounts
- Established network within the events, corporate, or nonprofit sectors
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
