Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP)Position Overview
Pristine Ethereal Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This advanced provider role combines clinical expertise, artistic vision, and patient-centered care to deliver exceptional aesthetic outcomes through customized treatment plans and innovative cosmetic procedures.
The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic provider with a strong background in cosmetic injectables (2 years), laser treatments, regenerative medicine, and skin rejuvenation. As an APRN, you will conduct comprehensive consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, perform advanced aesthetic procedures, and serve as a trusted provider helping patients achieve natural-looking, confidence-enhancing results.

Essential Responsibilities Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and medical evaluations (GFE)
- Assess facial anatomy, skin health, aging patterns, and patient concerns.
- Develop customized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s goals and budget.
- Educate patients on available treatment options, risks, benefits, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Establish realistic expectations and maintain long-term treatment relationships with patients.
- Document all consultations, treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care in accordance with medical and legal standards.
Cosmetic Injectable Procedures
- Independently perform advanced cosmetic injectable treatments, including:
- Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Jeuveau®
- Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
- Biostimulators including Sculptra® and Radiesse®
- Lip enhancement procedures
- Facial balancing and contouring
- Jawline, chin, cheek, temple, and mid-face rejuvenation
- Manage and treat potential complications according to evidence-based protocols.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Laser & Advanced Aesthetic Treatments
- Perform and oversee treatments utilizing:
- CO2 Laser
- Erbium Laser
- Diode Laser
- Q-Switch Laser
- IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
- Tixel® 2
- Evaluate patients for laser candidacy and create individualized treatment protocols.
- Provide advanced skin rejuvenation and corrective treatment recommendations.
Regenerative & Wellness Services
- Perform PRP and regenerative aesthetic procedures.
- Recommend medical-grade skincare and wellness therapies.
- Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient outcomes through comprehensive aesthetic care.
- Peptides
Leadership & Practice Development
- Serve as a clinical resource within the practice.
- Assist with training and mentoring staff on aesthetic procedures and patient care standards.
- Participate in treatment planning discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support practice growth through patient retention, education, and community engagement.
Marketing & Patient Engagement
- Participate in social media content creation, educational videos, live demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with before-and-after photography and patient testimonials.
- Promote ethical treatment recommendations and educate patients on available services and skincare products.
- Build strong patient relationships that foster loyalty and long-term treatment plans.
Compliance & Clinical Excellence
- Maintain compliance with California nursing regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and informed consent procedures.
- Maintain treatment room readiness and equipment safety standards.
- Stay current on aesthetic medicine advancements through continuing education and training.
QualificationsRequired
- Active and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) license.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine.
- Extensive experience performing cosmetic injectables independently.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aging processes.
- Exceptional consultation and patient communication skills.
- Ability to create comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
Preferred
- Advanced training in facial balancing and full-face rejuvenation.
- Experience with biostimulators, regenerative aesthetics, and advanced laser technologies.
- Experience using Aesthetic Record, Nextech, Millennium, MINDBODY, or similar platforms.
- Established social media presence or experience creating aesthetic educational content.
- Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or medical aesthetics.
