Canvasser/Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager
Storm Solutions Roofing & Exteriors is currently hiring for a driven, sales-oriented individual to join our team. We are a family-oriented company focused on long-term growth—not high turnover—and we are selective about who we bring on.
Canvassing experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to generate leads
- Work with homeowners throughout the insurance claims process
- Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
- Manage projects from initial contact through approval and handoff
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and sales-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background
- Roofing or sales experience preferred (not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20 Hourly $50 Inspection $100 Signing Bonus

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
