Security Officer - Area Patrol Driver Full Time
As a Security Officer Area Patrol Driver in Ashburn, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observed conditions according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations within the commercial real estate location.

Support property operations by reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or unusual activity to the appropriate contacts and assisting with visitor and tenant inquiries as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
