Our thriving, patient-focused general dental practice in Roanoke, Texas is looking for an experienced Financial Coordinator / Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This is an important role in our office, helping patients understand treatment recommendations, navigate insurance benefits, make financial arrangements, and move forward with the care they need.
What You’ll Do
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients
- Review insurance benefits and estimate patient portions
- Discuss financial options and payment arrangements
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Post insurance payments
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Work closely with both the clinical and administrative team to create an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental office experience required
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefit coordination required
- 5+ years of claim submission and follow-up experience
- 5+ years of insurance payment posting experience
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- A positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Dentrix experience preferred
