Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and efficiently on-site.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate project execution.
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Support carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, and roof installation.
- Aid in masonry work including tile laying, stucco application, and brick or block work.
- Participate in renovation and restoration projects by applying plastering, caulking, flooring installation, and other finishing techniques.
Experience
- Prior construction site experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
- Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of various trades such as masonry, welding, roofing, drywall installation (including metal studs), and concrete finishing enhances your candidacy.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate power tools or machinery confidently is essential.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
