About the Position
We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Regional Account Executive to develop new business while expanding existing physician and healthcare relationships within an assigned territory.
This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys the freedom of working independently, thrives on building relationships, and has the confidence to prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business.
While laboratory sales experience is highly preferred, we welcome successful medical sales professionals with established relationships in specialties including:
· Gastroenterology
· Dermatology
· Urology
· Podiatry
· Endocrinology
· ENT
· General Surgery
· Breast Surgery
· Plastic Surgery
· Interventional Radiology
· Ambulatory Surgery Centers
· Treatment Centers
· Hospitals
· Multi-specialty Physician Practices
You will spend your time meeting physicians and healthcare administrators, identifying their laboratory needs, and demonstrating how our comprehensive diagnostic services improve patient care while delivering exceptional value.
Our experienced leadership team provides ongoing mentorship, sales coaching, and marketing support to help you maximize your success.
Responsibilities
· Develop new physician and healthcare accounts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
· Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through implementation and long-term account management
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
· Conduct in-person presentations of laboratory services
· Identify market opportunities and competitive trends
· Partner with internal laboratory teams to ensure exceptional client onboarding and customer satisfaction
· Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical sales practices
· Work independently while maintaining regular communication with sales leadership
Qualifications
· Minimum of five years of successful medical sales experience
· Laboratory sales experience strongly preferred
· Existing physician relationships within the territory are highly desirable
· Proven history of consistently exceeding sales goals
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
· Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset
· Experience using CRM platforms and sales technology
