Responsibility
- Prepare Beverages and ingredients : prepare a variety of toppings and drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Keep the workstations, equipment, and seating areas clean and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and refill when needed to ensure that the shop never runs out of necessary ingredients.
- Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain preparation equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and well-maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas and other staff members to ensure smooth shop operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work legally in US
- Over 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekday mornings, weekends & holidays)
- Looking for long term employment (at least 6 months)
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English preferred
- Be polite and possesses good service attitude
- can work at least 20 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
