Scrapbook.com sells scrapbook and crafting products online which we ship from our air-conditioned Gilbert, AZ warehouse. Our Warehouse Associates serve our customers by efficiently and accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as inspecting and restocking product that we receive from our suppliers.
Outcomes
- Order Fulfillment - Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, consistently meeting daily volume metrics and maintaining a high quality standard to fulfill our Happiness Guarantee.
- Operations Support - Maintain flexibility to learn and support cross-functional warehouse functions as needed, including Shipping, Expediting, and Consolidating.
- Lean & Safety Standards - Adhere to Lean principles by maintaining a clean, organized workstation (5S) and strictly following all safety protocols.
Additional Operational Responsibilities
Additionally, depending on specific scheduling tracks, peak seasons, or evolving warehouse workflows, some Warehouse Associates might also take on or cross-train in the following responsibilities:
- Receiving & Inspection - Efficiently check in and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantities and immediately documenting and reporting any damaged inventory. Assist with product placement of New and Restock SKU’s to assigned locations.
- Inventory Management - Assist with precise product inventory counts and ensure products are replenished to their correct, designated warehouse locations to facilitate seamless fulfillment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift an object weighing up to 40 lbs independently, or utilize a team lift if too heavy or for an oversized box
- Ability to walk and be on one's feet for 6-8 hours a day, for 100% of the shift.
- Push, pull, squat, bend, kneel and reach during shift
- Push carts to move items around the warehouse
- Use pallet jack to pull and push heavy pallets around the warehouse (50-100 lbs)
Additional Information
- Location: 1495 E Baseline Rd, Ste 102, Gilbert 85233
- Environment: Warehouse - heated and cooled
- Available Shifts: 7 am - 3:30 pm, 7 am - 1 pm, 12:30 - 6:30 pm and 10:00 - 6:30 pm. As a new hire, must be available to work every Saturday from 7 am - 3:30 pm regardless of schedule the rest of the week.
