Position: Insurance Agent
Location: El Paso, Texas
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $40k-$100k a year
We work with performance based hourly pay, and commissions for every sale you make that adds to your hourly pay.

Responsibilities:
- Assess Customers Insurance Needs
- Educate clients on the various products we offer
- Build and Maintain strong relationships with Clients to foster their trust and loyalty
- Process insurance Applications
- Stay updated on industry trends
Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. While insurance experience is not necessary, sales experience will be required as part of your job.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Property and Casulaty License is Required
- Ability to work both independently, and with a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to use basic computer applications
- Sales Experience
