Job Summary
We are looking for a Saturday night and fill in bartender. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment and essential to be a team player. We have a small staff and strive to have a caring and positive work life. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Must have experience and preferred craft cocktail experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders or special events.

Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours in nightclubs or events.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
