The Meeting House Store Manager
The Meeting House is seeking a Store Manager with a heart for service, someone who is mission driven and able to guide the daily operations of our community coffee shop in Sedgwick. This role is responsible for overseeing staff and volunteers, delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting store performance, and helping create a welcoming space where people can connect and belong. Duties include:
- Lead day-to-day store operations, including staff and volunteers, and customer service
- Hire, train, coach, and support staff and volunteers
- Oversee inventory, product quality, cleanliness, and food safety practices
- Monitor store performance, cash handling, and operational reporting
- Support community engagement, promotions, and mission-centered service
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Management or supervisory experience in coffee shop, cafe, restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, occasional Saturday's, and special events
