CardsHQ is seeking a customer-focused, energetic, and operationally driven Retail Supervisor to support the daily operations of our retail store while helping create an exceptional experience for collectors, hobbyists, and customers. This role serves as a key leader within the store, partnering closely with the Retail Manager to execute operational priorities, develop team members, drive sales performance, and ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with the CardsHQ brand.
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for supporting day-to-day store execution, coaching Retail Associates, supporting staffing and scheduling efforts, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining operational excellence across the store. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys working with people, and can balance customer service, team leadership, and operational execution. This position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail leadership, supervisory, key holder, or team lead experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Proven experience coaching, motivating, and developing employees while driving accountability and performance.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively resolve customer concerns and create positive customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Passion for sports cards, collectibles, retail, or hobby-related industries preferred, with the ability to engage customers around products and services.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
