QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience with coaching at club and/or high school level, or the equivalent.
College degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience with coaching at club and/or high school level, or the equivalent.
SKILLS: The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and strong organizational skills as
well as the ability to assist with instruction in practice and game environments that is consistent with
the program standard.
REQUIRED WORK HOURS: The start of the season is mid-August and ends in early November. Coach
should be available 5x per week in the late afternoon / early evening.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: The competitive salary range ($3,000-4,000) is commensurate with experience.
