Brisa Therapy is currently seeking to contract Physical Therapy Assistant's for CONTRACT home health clients in the East and West Phoenix area (Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Avondale, Goodyear and Tolleson).

Requirements:
Therapists must have a PTA license in good standing, and demonstrate excellent attendance, professionalism and organizational skills.
Therapist must have or secure professional liability insurance before providing treatment.
Therapist must have a valid current CPR certification before providing any treatment.
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
