Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday
Compensation: $3,500 - $5,800 monthly based off performance
The Service BDC Representative is responsible for supporting the service department through inbound and outbound customer communication, appointment scheduling, service retention efforts, and customer follow-up processes. This role plays a major part in maintaining customer satisfaction, helping drive service traffic, and supporting overall dealership operations in a fast-paced environment.

Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
Make outbound calls to support service retention, appointment follow-up, missed appointment recovery, and customer communication efforts
Support customer satisfaction initiatives, CSI goals, and dealership service processes while maintaining professionalism during customer interactions
Assist with special order parts communication, appointment confirmations, and administrative follow-up tasks
Work closely with the service department team to support daily operations and adapt to changing responsibilities throughout the day
Assist in professionally de-escalating upset customer situations and helping provide positive service experiences

Make outbound calls to support service retention efforts, appointment follow-up, missed appointment recovery, and ongoing customer communication. Support customer satisfaction initiatives, CSI goals, and dealership service processes while maintaining professionalism during all customer interactions. Assist with appointment confirmations, special order parts communication, and additional administrative follow-up tasks as needed. Work closely with the service department team to support daily operations, adapt to changing priorities throughout the day, and help professionally de-escalate upset customer situations to create positive service experiences.
Previous customer service or phone-based experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous customer service, BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred but not required
Comfortable handling customer concerns and working in a team-oriented environment
