Below is a brief description of the position:
- Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
- Properly was and sort soiled dishes, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, etc...
- Maintain a clean work area; clean and dry floors throughout the shift
- Keep dish area free of clutter and organized throughout the shirt
