We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. Duties
- Oversee daily office functions, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer support and client communication.
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings for staff and executives using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Maintain accurate data entry records, including filing, spreadsheets, and bookkeeping tasks to support administrative efficiency.
- Supervise front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Utilize Excel for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, and ensuring overall office productivity through effective time management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other productivity software.
- Technical proficiency with computer literacy including data entry, filing systems, and general clerical experience.
- Excellent communication skills both via phone (multi-line systems) and in person; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions.
- Experience with Excel or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills; ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude.

Pay: $25.10 - $28.00 per hour
