Description: The Director of Finance is responsible for all financial, accounting, and budgeting functions and directs the preparation and maintenance of all fiscal records and systems. He/She oversees all the functions of the Business Office, Finance, IT, Materials Management, Health Information, and the retail and inpatient pharmacies. He/she adheres to the mission, vision, and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.
Number of Hours: Full-time: 40 hours/week.
Schedule: Monday – Friday.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required. CPA or advanced degree preferred.
Must have at least five years of accounting and leadership experience and possess significant knowledge of accounting procedures and general knowledge of all functions within the business office.
