Identify and duplicate keys accurately.

Diagnose and efficiently resolve lock issues.

Perform rekeying for commercial and residential properties.

Repair and service safes.

Install, repair, and replace hardware for commercial, residential, and electronic locks.

Create and duplicate automotive keys.

Develop and maintain master key systems.

Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.

Present information effectively to customers.

Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools and equipment.

Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.

Intermediate knowledge of computers and mobile devices.

Flexible schedule, available to work between 8 AM and 8 PM (closed on Sundays).

Ability to serve all of Austin and the surrounding areas.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Training is paid.
