Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Yard Manager to lead our yard operations and ensure seamless logistics flow for our towing operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of yard management, including transportation coordination, inventory control, and process improvement initiatives. The Yard Manager will drive efficiency, safety, and productivity across the yard, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily yard operations
- Assist dispatch with releasing of vehicles
- Requires heavy lifting and working in the elements
- Collecting payments from customers
- Availability: Towing is a 24/7 endeavor, however we try to accommodate personal schedules. Please consider the irregular hours of towing when applying for this job. Towing is a different lifestyle than a 9-5 job.

- This will be an entry level position with the potential of overtime
Experience
- Experience in operations management
- Organization skills
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- CDL class A (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with forklift operation certification is preferred; familiarity with warehouse safety standards is essential.
