Position Title:
Shift Supervisor/Key Holder
Job Summary:
The shift supervisor is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction. Shift supervisors assist in training, customer service, product knowledge and education. This position acts as the manager on duty in the absence of a store manager.
Store Operations:
- Maintains a clean, organized and stocked environment. Will check in and stock shipments and assist with seasonal merchandise transitions.
- Performs all POS duties including opening and closing procedures and will be accountable for cash controls.
- Maintains customer orders to be completed timely and taken with proper detail
- Ensures that the store maintains customer service standards and team members adhere to meal and break policy.
- Follows and directs team members to follow store procedures and adhere to merchandising and cleanliness standards.
Service:
- Is the Role Model for outstanding service during his/her shift.
- Pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations.
- Ensures that all Team Members provide excellent customer service and lead by greeting and responding to all customers with fast, efficient, friendly and personalized service.
Qualifications:
- Prior Retail/Customer Service Experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Customer focused with strong customer service skills,
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- This position will require frequent standing, reaching and occasional lifting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
