Position Summary
As an Assistant Controller, you will manage and execute the month-end close process—including reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and analysis—for a portfolio of clients. Working closely with the team’s Controller and Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights and solving client challenges.
This is a full-cycle accounting role with direct client interaction. It’s ideal for a self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoys tackling complex problems. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to special client projects and participate in ongoing training designed to accelerate your professional growth.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
3+ years of general ledger accounting experience, including month‑end close and financial statement preparation
Experience with preferred QuickBooks, Great Plains and other accounting software a plus
Knowledge & Skills
Strong Excel skills required
Solid understanding of GAAP
Experience managing Full Cycle Accounting Processes
