About the Position
H&H Concrete on Demand is seeking a dependable and safety-minded
CDL Volumetric Concrete Truck Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for safely operating a volumetric mixer truck, delivering quality concrete to job sites, and providing excellent service to our customers.

What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For
- Previous volumetric concrete truck experience is required
- Must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
- Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation
- Safely operate and maintain a volumetric concrete mixer truck
- Load and operate a front-end loader as needed
- Deliver concrete safely, efficiently, and on time to job sites
- Ensure the quality of concrete delivered
- Follow designated routes and communicate delays or issues to Dispatch
- Maintain the safe and mechanical operation of the mixer
- Wash and clean the mixer truck after each delivery
- Safely handle and assemble discharge chutes and extensions
- Follow all DOT rules and regulations
- Follow all safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist other drivers and team members as needed
- Follow all H&H Concrete on Demand safety policies, procedures, and SOPs

- Monday–Saturday
- 6:00 AM start time
- 12-hour day shifts
- Overtime available
- Scheduled on-call rotation
- Additional bonus paid for each qualifying after-hours emergency run
