We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up banquet events or catering services as needed, providing attentive service during special functions or nightclub nights.
- Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws; certifications such as TIPS or ServSafe are a plus.
