As a premier pain management practice in North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Peoria, and Chandler, we are in search of one individual to join our ever-growing practice. The opening is for a triage MA, at our Chandler location. We are seeking a full-time individual to work Mon-Fri. We need a passionate and compassionate individual who is motivated for success for our medical assistant-triage opening.
If you're unsure if you qualify, if you're concerned about your limited experience, don't be. We are willing to invest in the right individuals and introduce anyone to the wonderful field of medicine, even if your experience is minimal.
For the position, you will be the initial contact for incoming patient calls related to medications, post-procedure care, and misc other patient needs. In addition, you will work as coverage, if the Chandler clinic MA is out. In this position, you will work with the patient, other MAs, providers, and others involved in the patients care, to resolve questions, concerns, etc. You may verify medications, complete medication or procedure authorization, contact pharmacies, contact referring providers, collect vitals, room patients, assist the provider in administering injections and other treatment modalities, and assist in other areas and duties as needed. Nothing we do is extremely difficult, almost anyone can be trained and successful. If you are motivated, we can get you there!
