Position Overview:
This part/full-time position begins with a 90-day paid training period as a contractor. Upon successful training completion, you will have the opportunity to become a permanent employee.
We’re seeking someone who is:

Key Responsibilities:
Daily & Weekly Tasks:
- Track staff punches and enter payroll data
- Prepare daily client menus and service questionnaires
- Process payments and file receipts
- Maintain and update company websites and mailing lists
- Keep our inbox and records neat, accurate, and up-to-date
Monthly, Seasonal & Annual Tasks:
- Pay bills and manage office calendars
- Handle licensing renewals and coordinate inspections
- Onboarding paperwork, maintain employee information
- Maintain recipe binders and assist with seasonal menu updates
- Office prep for holidays, staff birthdays, and special events
- Rotate and archive recipe menus
- Update ingredient lists, inventory sheets, and packaging records
- Help maintain culinary checklists, order logs, and labels

90-Day Training Period:
