About this Location: This location is a delivery-only facility. You will be working in our kitchen and fulfilling delivery orders.
Role Overview: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Barista & Kitchen Staff to support our business. You will have a multi-purpose role where you will learn how to be a barista (i.e. making coffee & matcha drinks), kitchen prep (i.e. batching ingredients), cook (i.e. breakfast sandwiches and other food items), washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing hot and iced coffee and matcha drinks following our company recipes and ensuring it meets our standard expectations
- Batching house-made ingredients, prep and restock items for drinks and food service
- Prep & cook cafe menu (i.e. breakfast sandwiches, paninis, egg bites, pastries)
- Assist with dishwashing, organizing, inventory handling
- Label, date, and organize all prepped items for quality and safety
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow health code standards
- Support kitchen team by replenishing supplies as needed during service
- Receive and store inventory deliveries
- Track low-stock items and communicate with manager
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or prep experience required
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes with precision and care
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
