As a Shop Technician, you will..
Deliver World-Class Customer Experiences
-
Deliver quality service to customers by executing the Strickland Brothers Experience in each role (Greeter, Hood, Pit).

Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay.

Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service and review completed work.

Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
-
Use company systems to process fleet services and support smooth daily shop operations.
Hands-On Service Work (Greeter, Hood, Pit)

Perform oil changes and other services while following company procedures.
-
Execute technician duties across Greeter, Hood, and Pit roles as trained.

Complete required safety checks and verify service accuracy with team members.

Follow proper callouts and communication to ensure safe and efficient service flow.
Safety & Teamwork
-
Follow all safety procedures and use proper tools and equipment
-
Help identify vehicle concerns and communicate them to the team
-
Work together with your team to maintain a safe, efficient shop
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-
Complete opening and closing duties.
-
Hold road signs and perform other tasks as needed.

Support team workflow by assisting in different roles based on business needs.

Complete all other duties as assigned.
Training & Development
-
Participate in hands-on training and complete required certifications.
-
Continuously develop skills across all service positions.
-
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age.
-
Valid driver’s license required. (NC & TX)
-
Reliable transportation required.
-
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-
Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Basic computer skills or the ability to quickly learn company systems.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, squat, and reach for extended periods of time.
-
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
-
Ability to work in an automotive service environment.
-
Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments.
-
Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary.
