*We are currently seeking Journey level electricians that hold an ET card. Must have at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects, and performing underground, site lighting electrical work*

Qualifications and Essential Duties include, but not limited to

Hold a valid State Electrician license and/or Electrical Trainee Card.

5 years of experience performing underground and running pvc

Assist with the installation, repair, maintenance and testing of commercial, industrial and residential electrical systems following all safety and electrical code regulations and policies.

Under supervision, use hand and power tools on a regular basis.

Work from all types of ladders (step ladders up to 14', "A" frame ladders and all size extension ladders and carry and relocate up to 12' step ladder by one's self).

Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses at all times), respirator when required.

Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week with overtime and night shifts as required.

Must be able to commute up to two hours from home.

Assist with measuring, cutting, bending, threading and installing wire and electrical cable systems, conduit systems and other wire raceway systems.

Assist with wires and cables within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, switches, etc.

Work with an Electrician to splice and terminate wires at junction points.

Clean, gather and transport materials to electricians on the construction site.

Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.

Digging and working in trenches

Maintain workflow schedule to ensure all productivity objectives are met.

Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers and vendors.
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Includes climbing ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required. Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers and physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.
